Meloform
Terms of Service
Effective date: June 12, 2026
Personal use
Race to 100 is provided for personal, non-commercial play. You may use the app as intended on your own device. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app or its services.
Fair play
Please play fairly. Do not cheat, automate gameplay, tamper with scores, abuse backend requests, interfere with App Check, or try to submit false Daily results. We may reject or remove suspicious leaderboard entries.
Display names and leaderboard conduct
If you choose a Daily display name, keep it respectful and do not include private information. We may moderate, hide, or remove names that are abusive, misleading, impersonating someone, or otherwise inappropriate for the game.
Purchases and refunds
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase processed by Apple. Apple handles payment, billing, refund requests, and store purchase history under Apple's terms. Race to 100 verifies the purchase entitlement so ads can be removed inside the app.
If you paid but ads still appear, contact meloform.studio@gmail.com and include your in-app Support ID if available.
Availability
We try to keep Race to 100 working well, but the app and backend services may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or discontinued. Daily Challenge, leaderboards, ads, purchases, and Remote Config depend on third-party services such as Firebase, Google, AdMob, and Apple.
No warranty
Race to 100 is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Meloform does not make warranties that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Meloform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Belgian law, with EU consumer law applying where required. For questions, contact meloform.studio@gmail.com.
