About your data in Race to 100
Race to 100 is made by Meloform. The app does not use email or password accounts. It signs you in with an anonymous Firebase identity, and you can choose a Daily display name and country flag that appear on the public Daily leaderboard. You can delete this data at any time using either of the methods below.
Delete in the app (fastest)
The quickest way is from inside the app:
- Open Race to 100.
- Tap the settings (gear) button on the home screen.
- Scroll to Delete my data and tap it.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete.
Your on-device data is wiped immediately, your online Daily data is removed or anonymized, and the app starts again with a fresh anonymous identity.
Request deletion by email
If you would rather request deletion without using the app, email meloform.studio@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data” and include your Support ID.
Because the app uses anonymous accounts with no email or password,
the Support ID is how we locate the data tied to your device. To find
it: open Race to 100, go to Settings, and look under
Identity & support for Support ID
— a short code such as kU8d-eIWC. You can also tap
Copy Support ID.
We will confirm and complete the deletion. If you no longer have the app or your Support ID, contact us anyway and we will help with what we can identify.
What gets deleted
- On your device: gameplay history, best times, stats, Daily cache, pending Daily submissions, streaks, achievements, and tutorial progress.
- Online (Daily): your Daily profile and display name, your Daily submissions, your challenge identity, and your entries on public leaderboards are removed or anonymized. To keep past leaderboards consistent, a remaining public row is shown as “deleted_user” with no name or country.
What may be retained
Purchase and audit records connected to a Remove Ads purchase may be retained for refunds, fraud prevention, and store reconciliation, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your data resets the Remove Ads entitlement on the backend, so you may need to use Restore Purchase to re-apply Remove Ads later, since the app store keeps the purchase history.
Timing and permanence
In-app deletion happens right away. Email requests are handled within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and the removed data cannot be restored.
